Helpdesk Analyst (BI, ETL)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support and analysis to managed services clients
  • Monitor the managed data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
  • Receive and handle requests for support in accordance with procedures by providing resolution information as well as escalating unresolved calls promptly
  • Process and coordinate appropriate and timely responses to incident reports
  • Maintain records and update all concerned persons regarding the actions taken
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons with only routine direction

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • Hands-on experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk position
  • Working knowledge of the following:
  • Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)
  • Data warehousing / modeling
  • SQL scripting
  • Report building
  • Familiarity with service management best practices/methodologies (e.g. ITIL)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in Makati City
